Gessi & Indesign International Case study
In Design International creates for their client a dream bathroom using GESSI’s 316 Bathroom Collection from Abey Australia.
It’s hardly a secret that Penny del Castillo, director of In Design International, holds a very soft spot for all things Italian (2 years ago she married one in Lake Como after all!). But Penny’s passion and association for the sophisticated Italian design brand GESSI runs long before this! Penny’s interior design studio, In Design International has been specifying GESSI product for almost 20 years on both commercial and residential projects.
So, when a client, contacted Penny requesting we work together again on her upcoming new home, you can’t imagine how excited she was to share the GESSI 316 collection she had recently seen at their launch in Milano, Italy, less than one week earlier. From the front door to the basement every aspect of the Clients’ residence is WOW!
“The spectacular volumes of architectural space (created by Wolf Architects) gave us such spectacular backdrops for our selections of materials, finishes, furnishings, fixtures, fittings and feature lighting” boasts Penny. The Master en-suite is no exception. “We specified everything from robe hooks to rain head showers in the “GESSI 316 Meccanica” embossed copper PVD finish. It’s simply superb!... I couldn’t be happier with the finished result”.
The GESSI 316 Collection includes five unique textured designs: Flessa, Trame. Intreccio, Meccanica and Cesello. Each design comes in four stunning metallic finishes including Brushed Steel, Brushed Warm Steel, Brushed Copper and Brushed Black Metal.
