Excellent service these guys saved my project on several occasions. I got so many quotes from different places and Bruno matched them all or even better. Also by the end of the bathroom Reno he knew all the details and played a crucial role in several occasions including the choice of toilet. Even more importantly; when the very reputable bathroom vanity company supplier in their standard matching bowl it didn't fit in the benchtop they had cut. If I'd been dealing directly with them I'd have been shafted as the installers were on site and charging by the hour. Bruno was able to get me a matching sink off the showroom floor in about 20minutes. Highly recommend having someone local and nearby and experienced who can deal with all the suppliers. I've ordered from Cass Brothers before. Easy to find what you want on their website, put the order in, and pick up from Petersham where there is plenty of parking right outside the warehouse.

Always well looked after at Cass Bros - polite, efficient, cost-effective and extremely knowledgeable which is not the case when I have used random discounted bathroom suppliers which frequently ended up costing more and having to return items. Have done three major renos/extensions using Cass Bros for bathroom and laundry and found they went out of their way to help.

Purchased online several bathroom fittings from the Bathroom Butler range. All items were in stock, were promptly delivered and in excellent condition. A component of a Bespoke floor waste was missing from my delivered order but Cass Brothers rectified this very promptly. Entire online ordering process was easy. Last Friday week I purchased an inexpensive laundry sink on your website. I'd been looking for a sink of that particular size for some time and was delighted to finally find one available as my laundry was being renovated the following Saturday week (today). Within an hour of placing the order I received a missed call (followed by a text message) from your business. When I called back and spoke to Brad he was really apologetic and told me that the sink wasn't in stock and wouldn't be available for about 7 - 10 working days. As soon as I explained my time constraint, Brad was really empathetic and immediately offered me the choice of an instant refund or an alternative product. When we began to discuss how I could pick it up, they told me that they realised I live reasonably close to another team member, Jerome, they'd spoken to him and he was happy for me to collect the sink from him so that I wouldn't have to take several hours off work to drive the 2 1/2 hour round trip to pick it up. I was both surprised and impressed with this level of commitment for such a small purchase. The following Friday morning I received a call (and text) from Jerome. He let me know that the sink had just arrived. When we began to discuss pick up, Jerome went on to tell me that he was going to be visiting friends near my suburb the next day so he would drop it at my house for me. He made it clear that he was really happy to do this, and it was not an inconvenience at all. Earlier today Jerome messaged me to ensure that it was okay to drop the sink off at a certain time. As I was happy with this he did so. Even though Jerome was doing this for free on his day off, I received far greater service from him than I expect from someone being paid to deliver goods to me.I felt compelled to share my experience with you, as I am amazed at the incredibly high level of service your business has given me. If I had spent thousands of dollars, I'd still be impressed, but given that this purchase was only $259 and your business knew it was a product I could only get from them, the level of service and help provided has set a customer service bar that is so high I don't ever expect anyone to top it. It is without any reservation that I would highly recommend anyone use your website to make an online purchase, as the level of commitment and service from your team made my online shopping experience the best that I have ever had. My only regret is that I didn't discover Cass Brothers 6 months ago. When I redo my bathroom (in the next 24 months) you will be my business of choice as you have proven beyond doubt that you not only offer good products at competitive prices, you are backed by team members who genuinely care about and want to help their customers.

Easy to order online, it was only place to sell at decent price. delivery came in 2 days after they said 4-5 days so very happy I bought through cass brothers.

Thank you Cass Brothers. Love my new 130/600 Hansa shower sets. Currently refurbishing an apartment. The existing Hansa handsets were 13 years old and needed replacing. I tried locally to purchase in Melbourne but to no avail. Cass Brothers came to my rescue. Kept me informed of stock availabiity and shipped the two shower sets for free. 10 gold stars.

We love our new close coupled Caroma Luna toilet. It fits nicely into our existing bathroom. What a nice addition to our existing bathroom, this toilet suite is rimless and very easy to clean. I highly recommend this toilet suite as a replacement for an existing S-Trap Bottom Inlet Toilet Suite.

I ordered a heated towel rack online from Cass Brothers. There was a small hiccup to start with, as I was not informed my article was not in stock, and I travelled from Gymea to Leichardt to collect it. However, the communication afterwards was great, and I have been able to pick it up. The towel rack was as described, in good condition and the people I dealt with were all friendly and polite.

We purchased a Rinnai instantaneous hot water system, with 3 universal controllers. No one could beat them on price, we had a slight delay in receiving the item due to delays in receiving stock at the warehouse. We were kept up to date via email, and as soon as stock was available we were notified. Fantastic staff and very helpful.

We have shopped at Cass Brothers Petersham a number of times over the years to purchase smallish items such as a shaving cabinet. Recently we decided to upgrade both our bathrooms and a few months ago, we dropped into Cass Brothers and picked up a number of relevant brochures. A week or so later, we again dropped in with the purpose of starting our bathrooms upgrade. We were served by Tayla Hillery. She was amazing, so knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We are both elderly, and whilst we had a fair idea of what we wanted, we spent a considerable amount of time looking at vanities, shaving cabinets, taps etc. Her understanding of the products and how they interfaced with each other was invaluable. One brand of toilet from Germany wasn't able to meet our install date, so Tayla recommended another brand, which we are so glad we purchased. Cass Brothers kept us updated with the delivery date and when the agreed delivery date was almost near, our bathroom guy asked whether we could get the items from Cass Brothers a few days earlier. After a couple of phone calls, an earlier delivery date was confirmed. Then on the delivery day, we were contacted that the truck wasn't far away. A very courteous gesture. Both bathrooms are now finished. We couldn't be happier! It was a pleasure dealing with Cass Brothers as nothing was a problem. I wish to acknowledge the superb service afforded to me yesterday by Gareth. Initially we came to your store and purchased all of the necessary items to refurbish a major renovation. We had never done this before, so his product knowledge and guidance was greatly appreciated by my husband and myself. During the build process a cover plate for a shower fitting was either lost, misplaced or short supplied. My personal belief is that it was misplaced. I am having a 30 hour working weekend in my house with moving furniture, packing things up. So much to do! Scott on the service desk took my call regarding a new toilet seat. He was efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, polite and explained what I needed to do clearly and succinctly. During July 2019, we got approval to build and came back to your store to talk about a new quote. It was at this time we met a salesperson called Agnes. Agnes found our original quote in the system and offered to go over all our selections in detail as a few things had changed on our build and we needed to reconfigure some of the bathroom spaces and change the kitchen and laundry selections. My partner Gary and I met with Agnes over a month of Saturdays to review our choices. Agnes was a breath of fresh air. Her product knowledge was fantastic. She has the most amazing eye for detail and seeing how things compliment each other. She helped us to change many of our original choices so that they would better suit our desired end result. She was also excellent at helping to recommend choices that both my partner and I could agree on when we were struggling to like the same things. We spent several hours with Agnes redesigning our bathrooms, including matching choices to tiles and bench top samples and finding products that our awkward pitched ceilings could accommodate. She always managed to find the perfect solution to every problem we and our builder presented her with. She never tired of our endless requests for changes to our order. We also added several items that were not in our original order. Once we were finally happy with all our choices we placed our order in early August 2019. We would like to thank Agnes for her excellent level of service and professionalism. We will definitely be recommending our friends to book appointments with her in the future, when they need great product advice and friendly service.

The delivery drivers were professional, good humoured and had no complaints about helping my husband and I carry our delivery to our third floor apartment. They took great care of all my products and my property. They carefully and patiently checked through my order item by item with me to ensure everything had been delivered. My husband and I were referred to you by our builder and visited your showroom on Saturday and had the great pleasure of dealing with Lexus Aplin.
