Eligible participants who purchase a participating product from a participating dealer store during the promotional period will be eligible to receive the applicable free bonus gift, bonus product or promotional product discount as specified by Puretec for that product, subject to these T&Cs. To qualify for the promotion, eligible participants must place an
order for the participating product with a participating Puretec dealer within the promotional period. In the event that a participating product is not available in-store with a participating dealer, the dealer may place an order with Puretec on behalf of the customer during the promotional period to qualify for the applicable promotional offer.

FREE Gift or Discount Eligibility

Participating products and promotional kits may be pre-ordered by participating Puretec dealers between 7:00AM (AEST) for Australian residents and 7:00AM (NZDT) for New Zealand residents on Monday, 15 June 2026, and 11:59PM (AEST) for Australian residents and 11:59PM (NZDT) for New Zealand residents on Tuesday, 30 June 2026.

The promotional offer is only available for qualifying purchases made between 7:00AM (AEST) for Australian residents and 7:00AM (NZDT) for New Zealand residents on Wednesday, 1 July 2026, and 11:59PM (AEST) for Australian residents and 11:59PM (NZDT) for New Zealand residents on Monday, 31 August 2026.

Participating products must be purchased by the customer during the promotional period. Customers should retain their proof of purchase for verification purposes. For clarity, proof of purchase must clearly show that the purchase date falls within the promotional period and clearly identify the participating product purchased. Free gifts, bonus products and promotional discounts are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for
cash or other merchandise. All offers are strictly available while stocks last.

Delivery of Free Gift, or Product Discount

Puretec will deliver the free gift or upgrade (Annexure A)with the order of any participating product as specified in Annexure A. To receive the free gift, the promotional code WFS26 must be included on the product order at the time of purchase. The free gift is available only for new orders placed by participating dealers during the promotional period and does not apply to existing store stock. Free gifts or bonus items will be delivered with the stock to the participating Puretec dealer where the product purchase was made, unless alternative arrangements have been made with the participating Puretec dealer.

Other Matters

Other conditions:
a. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these T&Cs. If you submit contact details to Puretec, you accept and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions and any other instructions that Puretec may issue, relating to the promotion. You agree to receive marketing and promotional materials from Puretec. You may unsubscribe at any time. b. This Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other Puretec offer or promotion, unless specified otherwise by the promoter; c. An eligible participant may purchase any number of qualifying products. d. Puretec excludes any costs, fees, expenses, or liability of any kind paid, or any other cost which, at the determination of the Promoter in its absolute discretion, is deemed to be associated with or ancillary to the Participating Products. e. The free gift or upgraded product offer is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. f. If a free gift is unavailable, Puretec may substitute a reasonably equivalent item at its discretion. Puretec reserves the right to substitute the free gift, at its absolute discretion, for an alternative colour or an alternative product of equal or greater value in the event that the gift is out of stock or otherwise unavailable. g. If this promotion is interfered with or cannot be conducted as planned, Puretec may disqualify any eligible participant(s) and/or modify, suspend or terminate the promotion as applicable. h. In the event that a participating upgraded product is out of stock, Puretec may advise on availability or offer an equivalent model or finish, subject to dealer and customer agreement. i. The Promotional and/or Redemption Periods may be varied or extended in Puretec’s absolute discretion. Puretec Pty Ltd reserves the right to terminate/vary/withdraw/substitute this promotion at any time, without prior notice and without having to disclose any reason. j. The promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of orders and eligibility for promotional pricing (including order details, tax invoice, dealer status, and promotional code use) using any available information. Puretec may refuse to honour the promotion if an order is found to be inconsistent with these T&Cs or appears to involve tampering or misrepresentation. Failure by the promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. k. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible claims will be deemed invalid. Eligible participants are responsible for ensuring their correct contact number, email address and postal address details are provided and any updated details are notified to the Puretec participating dealer. The Puretec participating dealer and the Promoter accepts no responsibility should an eligible participant fail to receive their free gift because of a failure to provide correct details or to notify of a change to those details, or for providing an invalid receipt or insufficient proof of purchase. If the eligible claim has not been correctly submitted, Puretec will use all reasonable endeavours to contact eligible participants by email within fourteen (14) business days of the eligible participant submitting their claim. Once contacted by Puretec, eligible participants will have fourteen (14) days to respond by providing the requested information. If the requested information is not provided within fourteen (14) days, the claim will become invalid
l. It is the responsibility of participating dealers to ensure that orders are submitted correctly with the applicable promotional code (WFS26). Puretec accepts no responsibility for incorrect pricing applied due to incomplete or inaccurate orders.
m. Subject to paragraph (l), the promoter (including its officers, employees, and agents) will not be liable for the following: (a) any technical difficulties, server issues or equipment malfunction associated with the promotion; (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any order that is late, incorrectly submitted, or misapplied due to reasons beyond the reasonable control of the promoter; or (d) any tax liability incurred by a participant as a result of this promotion; n. Nothing in these T&Cs is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other legislation which may not be excluded, restricted or modified by agreement.
