Halo Marble handles are sealed when supplied. We recommend resealing the marble surface with a penetrating marble sealer every 3-5 years to prevent watermarking and discolouration.

Wall taps must have tap body face 20mm behind the finished wall face.

Changed your mind? Contact our Customer Service Centre within 14 days of purchase. Products must be unused, boxed and in original condition, and a restocking fee of 20–30% may apply depending on the supplier.

Special-order items brought in from a supplier cannot be cancelled or refunded once they have left the supplier’s warehouse.

Installation

Plumbing and electrical products must be installed by a licensed tradesperson. DIY installation on anything connected to mains water or power will generally void the manufacturer’s warranty.
