2. Redemption is valid only for the purchases of defined Billi systems included on the marketing material enclosed within and/or listed on the Billi website (https://www.billi.com.au/billi-promotions-terms-conditions). A full list of SKUs that are included with this promotion are listed below.
3. Redeem the offer within 30 business days of the purchase date.
4. Redemption is limited to a quantity of one installation per installation address unless otherwise defined.
5. The offer is only available with purchases made with approved participating retailers.
6. Products purchased through any discount clearance centre or that have been advertised as seconds are ineligible for additional promotional offers including but not limited to redemptions, free installations, gifts and cash backs.
7. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer, unless otherwise advised. Commercial quantities, project sales, or purchases made through Billi’s online web shop are ineligible.
8. This launch offer is exclusive only to Billi’s Multifunction Mixer Tap paired with Billi’s Home BCS, B5000 Sparkling, Home BC and Home BA systems.
9. Proof of purchase TAX INVOICE, including product serial number verification where available, is ALWAYS required before redemption will be processed. Order confirmation emails, unfulfilled purchase orders or schedules of purchase ARE NOT VALID DOCUMENTS and will not be accepted as proof of purchase. The date or period (month) provided on the final Tax Invoice is the date or period (month) that the purchase will be recognised within.
10. Due to increased scam redemptions being received, Billi reserves the right to request additional information, such as proof of identity and verification of bank details, as deemed necessary to process the claim.
11. Billi reserves the right to reject or decline any redemption claim at any time.
12. Billi respects the privacy of all our customers and partners, and as such will not act on behalf of the customer to request or independently source proof of purchase documentation, from any distributing merchant, online or retail supplier at any time. Billi does reserve it’s right to request verification of documents already submitted by the redeeming purchaser with the distributing merchant, online or retail supplier only after original provision by the redeeming purchaser.

3. Redemption period closes 31st October 2026, unless otherwise advised.
4. Redemption is limited to a quantity of one cashback claim & one bonus Billi filter per customer unless otherwise defined.
5. Customer can choose between a 5 micron Filter - 994051 or a 0.2 Micron Filter 994052 (recommended).
6. Offer available while stocks last.
   
7. Bonus offers are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or any other benefit.
8. This offer is only available on purchases made from Billi Approved Retailers that are actively promoting the offer. Purchases from clearance outlets, discount resellers, or products sold as seconds are not eligible for promotional offers, including redemptions, free installations, gifts or cash backs, unless otherwise stated. 9. If you are unsure whether a retailer is approved, please contact Billi before making your purchase.

11. A valid tax invoice including product serial number (where available) is required for all redemptions. Order confirmation emails, unfulfilled purchase orders, or schedules of purchase are not accepted, The purchase date on the final tax invoice will be recognised as the date of purchase.
12. Due to increased scam redemptions being received. Billi reserves the right to request additional information, such as proof of identity and verification of bank details, as deemed necessary to process the claim.
13. Cash back redemptions will be processed by Billi within 21 days of website submission and coordinated for payment within 30 days of redemption approval or as listed on marketing collateral unless otherwise specified. Peak promotion periods may result in delays with processing.
14. Billi accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected claims.
15. Billi reserves the right to reject or decline any redemption claim at any time.
16. Billi reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
17. Except for liability which cannot be excluded by law, Billi is not responsible for any loss or damage suffered as a result of this promotion.
18. Redemptions must be made by the customer and cannot be submitted by a retail store or any third party.
19. Billi will not request or obtain proof of purchase documents on behalf of the customer from any retailer or distributor. Billi may, however, verify documents provided by the customer with the retailer or distributor.
