Yes, we deliver Australia-wide. Delivery costs and timeframes vary depending on your location and the size of the product. For in-stock orders, deliveries to the Sydney metropolitan area typically arrive within 3–5 business days. Larger items, such as baths and vanities, may require tailgate delivery.
Contact our Customer Service Centre on (02) 9119 1792 within 14 days of purchase to enquire about returning a product. Products must remain boxed and in new condition. A restocking fee of 20-30% may apply depending on the supplier. Please note: we cannot accept returns on items that have been used, installed, or are custom/special orders. Items ordered direct from suppliers cannot be cancelled once dispatched. We cannot refund delivery costs, and refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the goods..
