1.Promotion Period

  • This promotion is valid from 1 June to 30 June 2026 (inclusive).

2. Offer Details

  • 2.1 10% Discount on All Ranges
    A 10% discount applies to all Duravit product ranges purchased during the promotion period, subject to the eligibility criteria, exclusions, and conditions set out below.
  • 2.2 20% Discount on Selected Categories
    A 20% discount applies to smart toilets, countertop basins, and bathtubs purchased during the promotion period, subject to the eligibility criteria, exclusions, and conditions set out below.
    Where a product is eligible for the 20% discount, the 20% discount applies instead of the 10% all-ranges discount. Discounts are not cumulative.


3. Eligibility

  • This promotion is available to all customers and authorized distributors, unless otherwise specified in writing.
  • Discounts apply only to eligible products purchased within the promotion period.
  • This promotion applies to retail showroom sales only and excludes project-based, tender, or contract quantities.
  • This promotion is not applicable to trade accounts with pre-agreed pricing or contractual discount
    arrangements.
  • The company reserves the right to verify eligibility before applying for any discount.

4. Conditions of Sale

  • Discounts are applied to the recommended retail price (RRP) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or special pricing agreements.
  • All orders must be confirmed and paid in full within the promotion period to qualify.


5. Exclusions

  • Accessories, spare parts, and non-listed items are excluded unless explicitly stated.
  • Custom orders, indent orders, or special-order items may not be eligible for this promotion.


6. Stock Availability

  • All offers are subject to stock availability.
  • The company reserves the right to limit quantities per customer or per order.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Standard return and warranty policies apply.
  • Any refund issued will be based on the discounted purchase price paid under this promotion.

8. General Conditions

  • The company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
  • In the event of any dispute, the company’s decision shall be final and binding
