Purchase a qualifying Zip Residential G5 HydroTap in-store or online from 1st June 2026 until 30th June 2026 from participating retailers to receive a cashback as a digital card^.

  • $300 Cashback** – Receive $300 cashback when you purchase any Zip Residential G5 HydroTap Boiling, Chilled and Sparkling (BCS)
  • $200 Cashback*** – Receive $200 cashback when you purchase any Zip Residential G5 HydroTap Boiling and Chilled (BC) or Chilled and Sparkling (CS)
  • $100 Cashback**** – Receive $100 cashback when you purchase any Zip Residential G5 HydroTap Boiling(B), or Boiling and Ambient (BA)

• Promotion only available on the purchase of eligible New Zip Residential G5 HydroTap in Australia from 1st June 2026 to 30th June 2026 (Promotional Period).


• During the Promotional Period, eligible customers will be able to claim a cashback. The cashback amount is dependent on the model purchased.

  • **$300 cashback amount applies to models H55783, H5L783, H5C783, H5E783, H5M783, H5X783.
  • ***$200 cashback amount applies to models H5M787, H55787, H5L787, H5C787, H5E787, H55784, H5L784, H5C784, H5E784, H5M784, H5X784.
  • ****$100 cashback amount applies to models H5M785, H55785, H5L785, H5C785, H5E785, H55786, H5L786, H5C786, H5E786.
  • The Promotion limits two claims per customer.
  • The Promotion excludes purchases of Miniboil, Chill Tap, Filter Tap, 3-Way Filtered Mixer Tap, Mixer Tap, Zip Micro, or TouchFree Wave.
  • The Promotion excludes commercial orders, i.e. orders to businesses or for business purposes (including projects).
  • Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions or offers by Zip Water.
  • Purchases must be made within the Promotional Period by paying the full purchase price.
  • The Promotion claim must be registered by 31 July 2026. Claims submitted after that date will not be processed.
  • In order to claim the Promotion, customers must supply their contact details, proof of purchase, proof of payment, and a valid
    serial number of the HydroTap purchased.
  • A serial number is required to claim cashback. However, customers may register their claim on the promotion page prior to
    receiving the serial number. Once the product is delivered, customers must provide the serial number to our promotions team
    via email at promotions@zipwater.com or by calling 1800 947 827 to complete the claim process.
  • The claim must be completed by 30th June 2027. Any claims not completed before 30th June 2027 will not be processed.
  • ^Promotional cashback will be issued with Zip Water Digital Prepaid Visa. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Zip Water Digital Prepaid Visa are not included (the “Digital Gift Card”). The Digital Gift Card must be activated within 2 months of issue and is valid for 12 months after activation. At expiry of the Digital Card any unused balance will be forfeited. Eligible customers will not receive notice prior to expiry. Card expiry and balance can be found at app.localcard.io.
