Care Instructions

Hand wash with mild detergent and warm water, then dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. Do not soak or leave standing in water, as this may damage the bamboo. Avoid using in the dishwasher or microwave. Periodically condition the surface with a food-safe mineral oil to help prevent drying or cracking. Store in a dry, well-ventilated area away from direct heat sources.

Changed your mind? Contact our Customer Service Centre within 14 days of purchase. Products must be unused, boxed and in original condition, and a restocking fee of 20–30% may apply depending on the supplier.

Special-order items brought in from a supplier cannot be cancelled or refunded once they have left the supplier’s warehouse.
