Care Instructions

Hand wash with mild detergent and warm water, then dry thoroughly. Do not soak or place in the dishwasher, as excess moisture can damage the bamboo. Store in a dry, well-ventilated area. Periodically condition with food-safe mineral oil to maintain moisture resistance and reduce cracking or warping. Avoid cutting directly on extremely hot items or using as a trivet.

Changed your mind? Contact our Customer Service Centre within 14 days of purchase. Products must be unused, boxed and in original condition, and a restocking fee of 20–30% may apply depending on the supplier.

Special-order items brought in from a supplier cannot be cancelled or refunded once they have left the supplier’s warehouse.

Installation

Plumbing and electrical products must be installed by a licensed tradesperson. DIY installation on anything connected to mains water or power will generally void the manufacturer’s warranty.
