Delivery and on-site assembly are required for this product — outdoor kitchens must be professionally assembled for warranty and safety compliance. Connection to gas, water and electrical services is not included and must be completed by a licensed tradesperson; where there is more than one gas appliance (e.g. BBQ & wok burner), a licensed gas plumber must connect and certify them. All first-fix service points (hot & cold water, wastewater, electrical and gas) must be completed before the kitchen can be assembled on site.

Changed your mind? Contact our Customer Service Centre within 14 days of purchase. Products must be unused, boxed and in original condition, and a restocking fee of 20–30% may apply depending on the supplier.

Special-order items brought in from a supplier cannot be cancelled or refunded once they have left the supplier’s warehouse.

If an item arrives faulty, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by the above. Call us on (02) 9569 5555 and we will make it right.

Warranty

Every product carries its manufacturer’s warranty, backed by Cass Brothers as an authorised stockist. The warranty term varies by brand and model — see the Specifications tab for this product’s cover.

Warranty claims need proof of purchase, so keep your order confirmation.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply in addition to any manufacturer warranty.
Installation

Plumbing and electrical products must be installed by a licensed tradesperson. DIY installation on anything connected to mains water or power will generally void the manufacturer’s warranty.

Selected products — including Zip HydroTaps — offer certified installation as an add-on. Where it is available you will see it in the product options when you order.
