The split system design separates the tank and compressor, offering greater installation flexibility and easier maintenance. Using eco-friendly R290* refrigerant with a low Global Warming Potential (GWP), it also meets strict environmental standards while minimising emissions.

Changed your mind? Contact our Customer Service Centre within 14 days of purchase. Products must be unused, boxed and in original condition, and a restocking fee of 20–30% may apply depending on the supplier.

Special-order items brought in from a supplier cannot be cancelled or refunded once they have left the supplier’s warehouse.

Installation

Plumbing and electrical products must be installed by a licensed tradesperson. DIY installation on anything connected to mains water or power will generally void the manufacturer’s warranty.

Selected products — including Zip HydroTaps — offer certified installation as an add-on. Where it is available you will see it in the product options when you order.
