This Thermonet 200W/m² self-adhesive floor heating kit covers 2.5m² with 5x0.5m mat, ideal for underfloor heating in bathrooms or small areas needing quick, even warmth. It installs easily into screed of 20-50mm, delivers efficient heat up to 28°C with included floor sensor, and features a WiFi thermostat for app control, sensor conduit, fixing tape, and cable monitor. Suitable for tiled floors, uses TwistedTwin cable, and provides long-lasting, EMF-free performance with waterproof IP68 rated protection.

Changed your mind? Contact our Customer Service Centre within 14 days of purchase. Products must be unused, boxed and in original condition, and a restocking fee of 20–30% may apply depending on the supplier.

Special-order items brought in from a supplier cannot be cancelled or refunded once they have left the supplier’s warehouse.

Installation

Plumbing and electrical products must be installed by a licensed tradesperson. DIY installation on anything connected to mains water or power will generally void the manufacturer’s warranty.
