The Luxx Diverter Mixer Trim in Chrome is distinguished by its engraved pattern handle, inspired by the historic tiles of the Old Abbey in Mettlach, Germany. The textured detail catches both light and touch, transforming a necessary control into a refined point of design. The diverter sits neatly above the handle, offering smooth transitions between outlets without disrupting the design's clarity With its engraved patterned handle at the centre, the Luxx Diverter Mixer Trim turns a technical element into an expression of enduring style. Finished in Chrome, it complements both classic and contemporary interiors.

Returns & refunds

Changed your mind? Contact our Customer Service Centre within 14 days of purchase. Products must be unused, boxed and in original condition, and a restocking fee of 20–30% may apply depending on the supplier.

Special-order items brought in from a supplier cannot be cancelled or refunded once they have left the supplier’s warehouse.

If an item arrives faulty, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by the above. Call us on (02) 9569 5555 and we will make it right.

Delivery

Enter your postcode above for live availability and a delivery estimate to your address.

In-stock items ship from our Petersham warehouse. Made-to-order items ship from the supplier and lead times vary by brand — the estimate above reflects this.

Large and bulky goods such as baths, vanities, toilet suites and boiling water units travel on pallet or two-person freight, and some regional postcodes are quote-only.

Click & Collect is available from our Petersham store.
Warranty

Every product carries its manufacturer’s warranty, backed by Cass Brothers as an authorised stockist. The warranty term varies by brand and model — see the Specifications tab for this product’s cover.

Warranty claims need proof of purchase, so keep your order confirmation.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply in addition to any manufacturer warranty.
Installation

Plumbing and electrical products must be installed by a licensed tradesperson. DIY installation on anything connected to mains water or power will generally void the manufacturer’s warranty.

Selected products — including Zip HydroTaps — offer certified installation as an add-on. Where it is available you will see it in the product options when you order.

Not sure what your job needs? Call (02) 9569 5555, or visit our Petersham or Waverley showroom.
