Care Instructions

Clean with mild liquid soap and warm water, then rinse and dry with a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive pads, cream cleansers, citrus-based or ammonia cleaners, as they may damage the matte black surface. Do not use harsh chemicals or bleach. Wipe off soap scum and mineral deposits regularly to maintain the finish. If water spots appear, gently buff with a microfiber cloth.

Delivery

Enter your postcode above for live availability and a delivery estimate to your address.

In-stock items ship from our Petersham warehouse. Made-to-order items ship from the supplier and lead times vary by brand — the estimate above reflects this.

Large and bulky goods such as baths, vanities, toilet suites and boiling water units travel on pallet or two-person freight, and some regional postcodes are quote-only.

Click & Collect is available from our Petersham store.
Warranty

Every product carries its manufacturer’s warranty, backed by Cass Brothers as an authorised stockist. The warranty term varies by brand and model — see the Specifications tab for this product’s cover.

Warranty claims need proof of purchase, so keep your order confirmation.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply in addition to any manufacturer warranty.
Installation

Plumbing and electrical products must be installed by a licensed tradesperson. DIY installation on anything connected to mains water or power will generally void the manufacturer’s warranty.

Selected products — including Zip HydroTaps — offer certified installation as an add-on. Where it is available you will see it in the product options when you order.

Not sure what your job needs? Call (02) 9569 5555, or visit our Petersham or Waverley showroom.
