Care Instructions

Have the system installed and wired by a licensed electrician. Do not cut, shorten or cross the heating cable during installation. Use the thermostat’s floor sensor and keep temperature within recommended limits. If tiling over screed, use compatible adhesives and avoid sharp tools near cable areas. Contact qualified technician if system issues occur.

Special-order items brought in from a supplier cannot be cancelled or refunded once they have left the supplier’s warehouse.

Installation

Plumbing and electrical products must be installed by a licensed tradesperson. DIY installation on anything connected to mains water or power will generally void the manufacturer’s warranty.
